Our market fits contracts which are too small for the larger contractors, but too big for the smaller contractors, our range being any size up to and in the order of £3 million.

We regard ourselves as "proper" contractors, that is to say, that we are able to resource the skills necessary for any project, residential or commercial, new-build or refurbishment.

Recent fast track commercial projects include the demolition of an existing warehouse, prior to the construction of a new art gallery, featured in "Time Out", new offices and media suites for "At It Productions”, whose clients include Channels 4&5 and the refurbishment, modification and fit-out of premises in the City, for a world wide Spanish designer retail outlet.

We also carry out bespoke residential new-build, winning Environmental Awards for such projects, one of which is now in it's second phase.

Famously, we won the RIBA/English Heritage contractors award in 2003 for Anderson House in central London, when such projects as:

• The Queen's Gallery, Buckingham Palace
• Hampstead Theatre
• The Great Court At The British Museum we were amongst the nominations for award.
