Our market fits contracts which are too small for the larger contractors, but too big for the smaller contractors, our range being any size up to and in the order of £3 million, generally within central, or, greater London, occasionally beyond.

We regard ourselves as "proper" contractors with an emphasis on quality, a regard for after care and the ability to resource the skills necessary for any project, residential or commercial, new-build or refurbishment.

Recent fast track commercial projects include the demolition of an existing warehouse, prior to the construction of a new art gallery, featured in "Time Out", new offices and media suites for "At It Productions”, whose clients include Channels 4 & 5 and the refurbishment, modification and
fit-out of premises in the City, for an international high street fashion designer.

We are vastly experienced in all aspects of construction, including, bespoke new build,
work to and within Listed Buildings and the refurbishment, remodeling and extension of residential and commercial premises.

We are extremely proud to have won the RIBA/English Heritage contractors award in 2003 for Anderson House in Central London, when the following projects were amongst the nominations for award.

• The Queen's Gallery, Buckingham Palace
• Hampstead Theatre
• The Great Court at The British Museum

We have built on this with further environmental awards and in 2010 gained another RIBA award for our work at the Longford Community School, a project which was also a WAN finalist.
